Soroity/Franternity Challenge

The Sims 4 Sorority/Fraternity Challenge
Goal: Your Selfsim has to reach the top of a Career (or finish College in College Mod) and has to lead his/her club to maximum level and enable all club perks!

Requirements:
-SelfSim (should be a young adult)
-seven other sims for the sorority/fraternity (club)
-sorority/fraternity house -adjusted world ( with lots of other students/colleagues) if possible a University permitted

Cheats:
-bb.moveobjects
-bb.ignoregameplayunlocksentitlement & bb.showhiddenobjects (only during the preparation of the world,during the challenge it is not allowed)
-FreeRealEstate on
-motherlode
-money
-ResetSims

Permitted Mods:
-GetToCollegeMod
-Season Mods (for example Beach or Snow Mod)
-Mod that enables more than 8 Sims in one household

Rules:
-You can play your selfsim first but keep an eye on the other sims in the househld
-If your sim is female,she has to be in a sorority, if your sim is male he has to be in a fraternity
-A career (or course of studies) has to be maxed and finished, you can choose every career or study you want
-Your sim is living in the sorority/fraternity house.but other sims can move in or out as you want
-there has to be at least one Meeting/Hangout with your sisters/brothers a day,it doesn’t matter where
-EVERY THURSDAY,FRIDAY and SATURDAY there has to be a party or your sims have to go out and party at other places -Your Club (Sorority/Fraternity) can be created and designed however you want (symbol,color,outfits,etc.)
-As many (club)symbols as possible should be in the house at the end of the challenge
-EVERY group perk that is available has to be purchased BEFORE the career/college is finished
-There can be as many sororities and fraternities in the world as you want
-You don’t have to keep an eye on money, you can cheat as many as you like
-If your sim dies before completing the challenge, the challenge is over, if other members of your club die you can replace them by new members
-For sick members you can purchase medicine and give it to them(playing them is allowed in that case)
-Every sim has a bedroom which is furnished suitable to the traits and character of the sim

I'm a lover challenge

The Legacy Rules do not have to apply to this challenge. Runaway Legacy Challenge

The basic premise of this challenge is that it has two phases. Phase One starts off like the Runaway Teen Challenge but Phase Two develops it into a Legacy. THE FOUNDER YOUR FOUNDER can be male or female, with any appearance you so desire. However, they must be a teen and have just become one. They can have a family, or live on their own, but you will need to cheat to get them into a household by themselves. The easiest way to do this is to create them as a young adult, and then use <testingcheats true> and <cas.fulleditmode> to go into CAS and make them a teenager. Your founder can have any traits, but keep in mind that using traits that improve gardening skill boosts and collection of items will make the challenge easier, and less of a challenge.
